          Order and Delivery

          The contract between the Company and the user shall be established when the Company sends an "order confirmation email" to user.

          The sending of the contents of orders by confirmation e-mail from the Company is aimed at confirming the content of the application for the contract between the user and the Company and does not imply consent to the application of the contract by the user. Some items may be out of stock.

          Import duties, value added tax, customs fee, shipping fee, etc. may occur depending on the law and regulations of the destination country. When these import duties, value added tax, customs fee, shipping fee, etc. occur, actual expenses will be borne by user (if the person receiving the order is different from the person receiving the order), the postal delivery of the address, user will be billed directly from the station or courier.

          The User is requested to investigate laws, regulations and import restrictions on imports of countries/regions of addressees and import prohibited items in advance when ordering. In case that ordered product in the country/region of the addressee are forfeited, the Company will not responsible for paying any tarriffs. In addition, the Comapny will not refund any product fee and or delivery fee etc to customers for these reasons.

          The Comany will not take any responsibility for delayed deliveries due to customs troubles or customs procedures.

          The Company will not take any responsibility for any container deformation occurring during transportation.


          Shipping Fee

                Delivery to Japan is not affected by weight, no charge for shipping orders of 10,000 yen or more per order (collective delivery), 600 yen for uniform less than 10,000 yen (however, only for Hokkaido · Okinawa 1,000 yen ).

                For delivery outside Japan, shipping cost is included shipping fee and depends on destinated region, weight which is default set by Company.

                The User is not able to designate the shipping company or air mail. Delivery outside Japan is either EMS, international postal packaging airmail, or international courier (Yamato Transport) which are traceable.

                Calculation of weight to be delivered outside Japan is calculated by adding "material weight" set for each gross weight to "Weight including dressing case".


                Payment

                        Delivering in Japna, User can make payment from credit card, convenience store payment, cash on delivery.

                        For delivery outside Japan, payment is made by credit card or PayPal.

                        Payment is based on the contract of each credit card, PayPal. For detail, customer is requested to contact PayPal, the credit card issuing company for usage amount and payment terms.

                        Credit card, PayPal's settlement currency will be in Japanese Yen.


                        Cancellation, Return goods / Exchange

                          You will receive an "order confirmation email" 1-2 business days after your order is complete. Cancellation is not possible after the order confirmation e-mail is sent.

                            Excluding product defects or mistakes, products may not be cancelled or exchanged at customer convenience. Customers are requested to reorder products aftermaking returnings. Refunds are not possible without prior notice before making returns. 

                            For returned goods, please confirm the following .

                              The company has taken every possible step to ensure the management, storage and delivery of goods, but in cases where the delivered product is defective or damaged, the company will offer replacement or free repair. The customer is requested to specify the details of the defect and contact this site by e-mail (within 7 days of delivery, product must be in unused condition).

                                Returnes or exchanges due to breakage of goods due to customs inspections is not possible.


                                Returns at customer convenience

                                In the case of retursn at user convenience, please contact this site by e-mail within 7 days of goods arrival. Products must be in unused/unopened condition.Without prior notice, returns can not be accepted.In addition, damaged, scratched, or dirty products or product packing due to user's handling are not elligeble for return.

                                In the following cases, returns will not be accepted, so please be aware in advance.

                                  • Products with clearly stated items.
                                  • Products that have been specially processed (engraved etc.)
                                  • 8 days after delivery have elapsed.
                                  • Opened or used products.
                                  • Total commission exceeds the refund amount.
                                  • The company judges that we can not respond.


                                  Return fees

                                    User is requested to bear 700 yen (tax included) as a return fee.Return shipping fee, delivery charge fee, refund fee (transfer, remittance, etc.) etc will be borne by the user.

                                    In the case of free shipping items, the company bears the postage at the time of delivery. Return shipping fees are the burden if the customer.

                                    Refund method

                                        After confirming the arrival of goods to our company, we will refund by bank transfer.

                                        In the case of returned goods due to customer convenience, we will refund the amount after deducting the return fee, return shipping fee, and handling fee.


                                        Prohibitions

                                         The Company prohibits the following actions. In case of any of the following , the Company shall be able to cancel dealings between the User and this site without any prior notice and without obtaining consent from the user.

                                        • When user can not be contacted by any communication means such as telephone, fax, e-mail, postal mail.
                                        • Actions causing damages to our company or third parties.
                                        • Acts that infringe the property, honor, privacy etc of our company or a third party.
                                        • Acts contrary to public order and morals, or acts that might be feared.

                                        In case of the above violation, the user agrees that Company request damages against the user.


                                        Indemnity and damages

                                        In case that the Company is damaged by the user violating this agreement or misconducting, the Company will be able to demand appropriate damages against the user.

                                         If the user damage a third party through the use of this service, the responsibility to solve the problemfalls to the user. The Company will not bear any responsibility.

                                          Except in cases where there are special provisions in this Agreement, the Company may notify you or any other person of the results arising from the use of this Service due to a malfunction or failure of the system provided by this service, We shall not bear any responsibility regardless of intrusion into this system, dispute in commerce or other causes. In addition, in cases where the Company assumes liability for the user based on these Terms, in any case, the amount of compensationbyf the Company shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the goods or services constituting the cause of compensation and we shall not bear any other liability. 

                                          Company may discontinue this service due to unavoidable circumstances/reasons. Sales contracts for goods already shipped out will be taken under this contract.

                                          Based on this terms and service agreement, the Company use customer information only for selling products, providing information on products by internet, postal mail etc. The Comapny will not use it for any other purpose. In addition, Company will respond promptly when there is a request for deletion or change of this information from the customer.

                                          The contents of this agreement may be changed depending on the Comapny situation/other reasons. Even if a part of this agreement is fraudulent or invalid, this agreement is inseparable and will not have any effect on the validity of the other regulations. 

                                          Governing law and competent court

                                          Applicable law of this agreement is Japanese law. Also, regarding disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the Osaka District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court.
